Sales person, John, was excellent. Final paperwork individual was worse than bad. Waited over an hour, no introduction, no welcome!! Basically threw paperwork at me with zero explanation. Very happy with vehicle! Financial area needs to take Customer Service 101. Extremely Unprofessional!
If they can't be honest with their employees I can't imagine how they treat their customers. Stay far away. Dishonest people.

I have always been treated fairly and I think honestly. Yes, it is more expensive than Pep Boys or some other non-dealer repair place but Toyota is all they do.
Great group of people working here! Bought my 1st Toyota Tundra Pro from Nacho last year and his customer service was through the roof!
