I had a big problem with my alignment on my 2009 Tacoma. I took it to Brake masters. Who I been going for over 10 years. They said it was one part broken. When it was completely different part. Both of my lower control arms were broken by the alignment side. It look like someone took a hammer to them. I have had own this truck for 5 years. I have only taken it to one shop. I was turning in a lease and decided on a different brand of car so I checked out Big Two. Nice selection of new and used cars and even though it was crazy busy at the end of the month the staff was great and the location is freeway close! **update The director of finance reached out to me immediately after my experience yesterday and explained the gap insurance to me so I can understand how its incorporated in my contract, (which is why I went down in the first place) he also apologized for how I was treated. My initial experience with the dealership went well. After looking at my finance paper work I had a question regarding my gap insurance. When I bought the car, I was told that my car payment would be x amount of dollars including the gap insurance. Well ... read more
