They did an amazingly quick job and the problem is finally fixed.
Can't say enough good things about Big Tires and More! We have been customers for over 30 years. I always recommend them if someone asks if I know a good mechanic. Everyone there is always nice, professional and helpful. They go above and beyond! I was in an auto accident this week and one of the owners passed by and recognized me. He came back, stayed with me and helped me get my car to a repair shop. The insurance company has totaled that car so soon there will be another car serviced by Big Tires!

Lacking in advanced mechanical experience. Fancy looking interior and waiting area does not compare to their generic choice in parts. Advisable to look for a different establishment for anything other than simple oil changes and tire rotations.
