I had the pleasure of bringing my vehicle to the Big Tires and More on Park Blvd. People are so quick to email and complain when they get bad service, they forget about the good. I am am not one of those people. I have been driving around with a busted tire rod for months, I've called several places and you all gave me the best quote. I came in this morning, and was greeted right away by Ronnie. Ronnie took my vehicle back and told me he would let me know if anything was needed, so I sat in the waiting area. Had a wheel bearing and brakes replaced there some years back. Less than a year later wheel bearing goes out again. Come to find out. They didn't replace it. Just repacked it and put the same one back on! Will never go there again. And wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
