Everytime i made a hard turn my car would make a creaking joint sound, on past experience i guessed my cv axle needed replacing. I made the appt on the recommendation of my mother in law. My blood pressure goes up whenever I need to have my car looked at by a mechanic. I simply want my car fixed. I take it in, I'm warmly welcomed, I didn't wait, I dropped it off to run errands with my husband. About an hour later I get a call it's fixed and waiting. I'm so impressed by the customer service at this shop that I'm writing reviews wherever I can. I've never felt so well cared for at any establishment, not to mention an auto shop. Thrilled with the price, the lounge was updated and clean (not that I even had to sit there long)
So far I have been very pleased with the repairs that have been done to my van. We will see in time if the guarantee that it is in good shape now holds up or if I get mad cause it happens again and I bring it back.
These guys will take care of you. They are honest and can be reached when you attempt to contact them. Prices are super fair and my whole family is now going to make Big Tires & More Tire Pros thier one stop mechanic shop. Thanks a lot
