They always are very punctual with appointment times and the work on your vehicle is performed timely by a very qualified mechanic. Mark, at the counter , is very knowledgeable and keeps everything running smoothly. Mike, The owner of Big Tires and More is a very “hands on” guy and is actively involved in the day to day business. I highly recommend this business to everyone looking to get your vehicle handled expertly and at a reasonable price.
Had total engine replacement. Helpful in finding problem, not pushy about getting it done, courteous, quick to resolve when decision was made. New engine developed problem after two weeks, they worked on it at no charge twice and then suggested and arranged for a new replacement under the warranty. Installed new one and works great, no additional charge, no hassle and still have a three warranty! Mark, our contact, was great about keeping us updated, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable! Would recommend!
