Feeling the honesty I have not been there, but when I called to inquire about tires at their location, the man that answered my call was very polite and sounded very honest. I really liked the way that he treated me on the phone. I am on a big budget and I need to buy tires..I decided to buy 4 new tires and was truly shopping around. Beyond Professional Service! This is by far the most professional auto shop I have ever been to. They fixed my tire, changed my oil, and fixed my blinker all in about 40 minutes. In addition, I was a walk in with no prior appointment. Aside from being expedient, their price was UNBEATABLE! Big Tires & More are Thieves All the other reviews say "honesty" well Charlie is anything but honest (he always shoots customers a nice smile) but that's it. I took my son's car in for a rear motor mount and Charlie said it was a special order @$150 plus the $112 to install it. While replacing his fuel filter and clearly seeing the mount we replaced it for $50 at AutoZone and 45 minutes later done. This place is not only overpriced, but they LIE.
Excellent Work and Great Service I am a single mom and I am so glad to have Big Tires and More to rely on to service my vehicle. AVOID This Place Beware of this place. The mechanics come and go like day laborers. I had to go back because repairs weren t done correctly and the man in the waiting room with me was there also because his repairs to his car were not done correctly the first time. And I might add that the elderly man that works the front desk with the red dyed hair is arrogant and not a nice person to deal with.
Great Service This is an auto shop that you can trust. I have been a customer here for more than 10 years. They always do a good job in a timely manner. They do not upsale and are always frank and honest about what needs to be done and when it needs to be done. I have recommended this shop to many people and have heard nothing but good things from them about this shop. The owners are friendly and open. I continue to recommend this place.
