Bad company. Doesn’t honor to correct improper work that endangers lives. Even with warranties & dead proof positive paperwork which confirms all their mistakes. The shops do not work as one. Each shop will not honor work of another Big O. Red Flag!!
RecommendedAmazing customer service , quick turnaround time and very friendly staff probably sum up this Big O Tires location pretty well. Took great care of my car and in a short amount of time they were able to deliver it to me with the general inspection , wheel alignment and balancing done. Would definitely recommend their services!!
Been here for over 2 hours for an oil change. Went out to check on my car and no one in sight. Asked the manager the status and he indicated that the oil filter they put on was defective so have to wait another 20 minutes. No one gave me update until I went out to check. People who got here after me are done and gone. Never again at this place!

Bought 4 new Firestone’s from them 2 years ago went in to get a nail out of a tire they said they couldn’t do it because it was to close to the side wall, fine I said then they said I didn’t buy the tires from them they don’t sell Firestone tires after arguing with the kid I showed him my receipt he said the tires where to old to fix. The manager said he could prorate the tire it would cost me $100.00 to replace it.
