Bought tires from Big O Tires in Greenfield, before they closed (at the recommendation of a friend).... So happy I did! Had a flat that I was able to keep pumped up until last night. Happened to talk to a man at the dog park this weekend, who told me Big O Tires New Castle was still open. Since I had a tire warranty... I decided to make the trip. SO, SO glad I did!! The BEST place and the BEST employees and owner in New Castle
What a wonderful experience. From the first frantic phone call when we bent our rim and they were the only place open. We go in and they have the friendliest person at the desk, attentive to everyone. I don't live in New Castle but I will go out of my way to continue to give my business to these guys. Wonderfully run business.
