I have had good customer service as far as warranty they stand by there tires.I recommend them but its usually busy.
I had my car serviced here for an oil change and to have my tires rotated around November 2 weeks ago my car (2014 Cruze) said low oil pressure turn engine off. I turned my engine off and checked the oil it was full according to the dip stick my car wouldn’t start after this. I had to have my car towed to the dealership and the dealership told me that my engine had significant internal damage due to the wrong oil filter being placed in my car from the previous place I had my oil changed, the last place being Big O Tires in N... read more
I got the service I needed-or did I...??? It seemed like every time they tried to fix something something else was “discovered.” They killed my car battery while they were working on it and claimed it was a bad battery. I had not had any trouble from that battery prior to the visit. They kept talking quietly and making gestures to one another during the process. I stopped at 640 pm this evening and realized that I might have to wait until tomorrow for a look at a low tire... Matt said to pull around and he would take a look at my tire that was low and said it was not safe to drive. I had a hole in the rim and he fixed me right up and had Scott put a used tire on and they got me on my way even though I had to keep them till 705! The manager, Matt, delivered amazing customer service! I was driving from Baltimore Maryland to Idaho Falls and was already "Checked out" by another mechanic before making the 30+ hour drive. However, we had started our drive we had to keep stopping every hour and a half to refill air into a wheel. As it turned out we had cracked a rim that wasn't really leaking air until we started making the trip back. These guys are awesome. I had an alternator go out on a trip. They were able to get me in late in the day. We had to wait until morning for the part and they dropped me off and picked me up from a local hotel. Now that is service!!
