I sat for over 2 hours to find out that I need a new tire. They didn't even put the correct air pressure in the new tire!!! As I was sitting there another lady came to get 4 news tires and was out 24 minutes before they were done with my Jeep.

I visited Big O Tires in New Castle on Thursday JANUARY 17th to have aftermarket BRAND NEW/off road style rims and tires mounted on my diesel silverado truck. The employee installing them onto my truck did not do it properly. Causing one of my BRAND NEW rims to be destroyed. That improper installation caused 6 of the 8 of the lug nut holes on my rims to become wallowed out and destroyed. The rim was no longer usable on my truck. Yesterday 2-27-19 I had my oil changed and my orginal flat tire fixed at Big O Tires in New Castle. Driving home tonight in the snow it sounded like I had a flat, I checked tire was fine. Then I checked the lug nuts, loose and almost off. I hand tightened them then used the tire wrench in my car to finish it. I'm outraged, you have one job make sure the tire stays on the car! Friendly and fast! I walked in for a tire alignment check after some damage to my car, they got me in right away and were extremely pleasant to work with.
The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. They offered to stay late and made sure to do things right.
10 ⭐️ Who stays late when your stranded near this store? Michael does and his tech do! He also brought Gary 20 minutes to pick me up when they found the tire was irreparable! Then his coworkers was kind enough to bring our luggage to our room! If you need tires DO NOT go anywhere else if you’re near New Castle Indiana! Big O is doing something right hiring these amazing individuals! May you all be truly blessed! Thank you!
Can aline lowered cars and great a what they do thanks alot.
Always take care of all my car needs. Only place in the 50 mile radius who will align lowered cars properly. Definetly the place to go to!
