I love Big O Tires in New Castle. They are honest, friendly, and affordable. This is the only place I will go to for my vehicle needs.
It was Easter Sunday and I was driving back to Michigan when I got a flat. No car dealerships were open, no other tire stores were open, but when I called the Big O Tire in New Castle, Matt answered the phone and said, while technically they weren't open that day (they were there to do some extra cleaning) he certainly wouldn't turn me away.
