These guys are terrible to do business with! I hit a very large pothole which dented my rim immediately. Put my spare on and later drove my car to Big-O Kaysville and they said my tire/rim was bad and needed an alignment. Still had issues so I took it back to them and they found my front rim was slightly bent too. I decided to have it checked out by the dealer and found my alignment was still way off, both rims were bad, the front tire had a bubble and was not safe to drive, the front hub was damaged and the back boot was to... read more

RecommendedCalled first thing in the morning, came right out, aired up my flat and followed me to the store where they promptly fixed the tired. Great service.
They call all but call you lier and say they did not do anything to your vehicle. When you ask about something they did and did not ask them to do.
RecommendedI had stopped at a couple of other places to get my tire repaired and the wait was going to be an hour and a half or longer to wait. The Aztec Big O Tires, they got me right in and I was not charged for the repair.
Had an appointment was told it will be three hours to put tires on. Had to Uber home. Asked salesperson to Please call when car is ready (never did). Took Uber back to get car , waited in line with two people ahead of me demanding discounts and refunds. Came my turn. Paid for tires and was directed to parking lot to pick up car. Tire sidewalks were splattered with white lithium grease and glove marks ( looked much worse than the tires I replaced ).
