If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Was there at Big O Tire for about 3 hours just for a damn tire change! Truck sat in the garage for 30 minutes and they didn't even touch it!!!!! Then come to find out our rear rotor was broke so they said we couldn't leave until they fixed it or we fixed it. Which they are not allowed to just make us stay there. But we went to autozone to buy a rotor because we didn't want to give them anymore money. They said we could use their tools to fix it and everything but when we asked for ... read more

All the guys there are great! What was supposed to be 1.5 hour job turned into 4 hours. I wasn't thrilled about that.
