RecommendedThose guys have always treated me good I have five different Vehicles including a 16 foot box truck and they've always treated me good. Just had box truck there less than an hour ago and they had my problem figured out and done and less than 1/2 hour.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I dropped my car off for alignment 2pm after making an appointment. The car stayed over night. I called at 10:30am the next day to be only told they never did the alignment and it would be another 200$ because of a tire rod issue. No form of communication with the customer, not even the next day, my car would’ve still been sitting there with no service performed on it. The technician said sorry and that was it. The manager did not even put in any effort. Definitely never using their services again.... read more
I was waiting a front for 20 min or more and no body was there to take care or ask me what I need i will buy my tires somewhere else

honesty..i would think so. I bought brand new tires like a year and 2 months ago...just a few days ago my tire light keep coming so had to put air in it. next day it was low again and had taken it in..at first they told me there was nail in it so i said ok, they were gonna fix it for free and charge only for the brake check. they took car to the back to check it, told me the tie on driver front has bubbled. i was like what, already. so they told me i can't be deriving on a tie like that and we end up getting new tires, then ... read more

RecommendedI have always used Big O Tires for car issues, I have always had the best customer service from Mike Del Monte and he understands my concerns when I schedule an appointment. Every visit feels like the crew goes beyond recommended service when I bring my vehicle and my 2012 Charger RT is my best car by far so when everything runs in top shape I’m extremely happy!
