Went today to get a tire fixed that I was told couldn't be fixed by another business. Big O gladly fixed for me and they were so helpful! Great customer service!
I love this place! They treat you like a person and care.
I received excellent service and professionalism both times I've been there for tires . My son also bought a set also and the manager cut us both a great deal .
Big O on Glenstone is always good to me. It's nice that I can drop off my vehicle get an oil change and they can come pick me up when I'm right down the street from them. The gentleman in the shop are always nice if I have any questions or anything they're always there to help.
These guys have always got you covered no matter what the issue may be. Their hospitality and good humor has kept me coming back for the past five years. Best one in town!
