My appointment was at 11:30am. A walk-in arrived the same time I did and was serviced before me. My car was not taken into the shop until 12:30. Once my car was in the shop it was put on a lift and raised. There is sat for another 30 minutes while 3-4 service members had a lovely conversation. The pricing was twice what other locations offered. I only went to Big O since it was closer to my house and did not have to order the tires. I will not be going back to Big-O-Tires.
Went into the shop today .. I had a low tire... Heath took great care of me! My goodness hes a busy man.. the phones were ringing non stop and that place was so busy..They had me in and put fast! Highly recommended. And ask for Heath. Gerry with Alpine Termite and Pest Control !
The big old tires on north Glen Stone has excellent service.There are very professional and very intelligent about how cars work and are always working toward meeting your goals
