RecommendedCame in today thinking that I had more expensive issues with my car than I actually did. These guys had an opportunity to high ball me but they were honest and took great care of me for little to nothing. Thank you to Aaron and Daniel specifically!

Dustin is a jerk bottom line! He needs to learn how to treat longtime customers! Huge mistake letting Ryan Pratt go. In all the years we have been customers here we have never been so disrespected! Room full of other customers who couldn’t believe how we were being treated. Dustin-you need to learn proper customer service and watch your demeaning tone!!
Two hours to replace one tire.
They did a good job when I came in got 4 tires 400 bucks then they said i needed a alignment which they had a sign saying they were 10 off. upon payment they told me they didn't know how to take the 10 off. kinda ruined my whole experience. the sign said the deal was good from April 1 to may 31st. it's just ten bucks but still.
Ryan was very helpful and went out of his way to help me! His customer service rates at a 200%!! I'm so happy I decided to get my tires from Big O Tires-Glenstone! I highly recommend them!!
The best tires and service around. Ryan is truly the epitome of a thoughtful, knowledgeable manager. First class operation.
