The staff at Big O Tires provided great customer service. They took care of a bad tire and had me out the door in less than an hour. �
Well, got new tires but they didn’t honor the deal they said they were going to give me. And then they came up with bogus repairs that needed to be done. They asked me if I wanted them to take care of that. And my reply was “Absolutely NOT”. I went to my mechanic and there is nothing wrong with the tie rod end. I already knew it. No shimmy & no drift. This place was amazing! I just walked in, they got me right in, had the best deals in town (even gave me an additional discount!), and the staff were super friendly, honest, and helped explain everything. If you go anywhere else you’re wasting your time and energy.
