Great service! I had lug nuts replaced several months ago and since then the car has been riding roughly. Talked to Marvin today, he checked it out, and the lug nuts were not the right ones for my car. He took care of it and now the car rides smoothly! Thanks so much Martin!
What a rip off. Sent granddaughter there to have car fixed and they did more damage than good and didn't stand behind their work. And don't think we don't know anything about engines - we have worked at SRC for 20 years and we know engines. They would not make it right or even help to make it right. They said they would talk to the regional manager and never heard anything back from any of them. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I have dealt with Big O on glenstone many times. Super fast, super friendly, and they care about each vehicle like its their own. Not to mention very reasonably priced. Being a local shop owner standing behind your work is everything and these guys have it figured out. Great crew to deal with.
