so I had a stressful week and I need new tires I came here to get my tires changed these people are the nices people after a long week of work (btw as active duty military you get told what to do all day if there is something to be done you get it done) its nice to know I can come here and not worry about if the job will be right if the people will be nice or hateful 10/10
With advance notice of my specialty tires, Big O had me in and out in an hour. Great service, prompt attention, and a great crew. We use Big O for all our tire needs. (And we have a lot of tire needs.) Thanks again!
This place was unbelievable...what is the point of scheduling an appointment with this shop to get 4 new tires and an alignment done, rush to get there, then to be told "oh we are sorry we dont have the tires you need, you will have to come back monday"....what in the hell kind of business are you running? I SCHEDULED this service 2 days in advance and I got NOTHING, and you have no excuse!! So this company does NOT get my business. Thanks for nothing!
You guys are the absolute worst employers you better hope I do get to corporate and complain about all the little things you guys do and I won't forget your guys favorites and knit picking Ryan you are the absolute worst boss in the history of bosses I do not see how you even got in your position. I would NEVER get an inspection here again! I had a crack in side mirror. I was told to replace the mirror and come back and show them that the replacement had been done, and all I had to do was pull through and show them that and they would place the sticker. All else looked fine. I spent $ getting mirror replaced and two days still getting run around. Then I have spent two days going back in forth to hospital and home, and work and I live out town.
