My first visit I was impressed with their knowledge and understandable explanations of the repair needed.
As tire tire salesmen go, these guys were pretty much on it.
Kick Back and Relax – Came in for a low tire pressure. Turns out I needed all new tires because my alignment was off. Lady at the counter helped link me to some great and easy to read blogs explaining why alignments and new tires were so important (esp. for winter!!) and Ed was real cool about letting me change the channel on the tv while I waited. It's a friendly and very helpful place and I recommend it to anyone within driving distance. A+
Recently need work on my wifes BMW. Turns out tires , shocks and ball bearing needed work in this 10 year old car. Work was done on time and fairly priced. Pleasant surprise and nice staff
I have found Big O Tires, and especially Scott, to be very professional and friendly. They go above and beyond to accommodate customers and are very thorough in what they do. Of all the automotive repair shops I have dealt with over the years, I would rate Big O right at the top. It was a pleasure dealing with pros!
Great! – Great job. They to a ride with me to figure out my steering wheel was shaking and veering to the left. After a short ride they were able to figure it our with some special machine (the only one in the East bay I heard) Then I sat in the office drank fresh coffee (they have one of those instant coffee machines), browsed the internet and wrote this review on their free WiFi internet. I might just come in here to get free internet and coffee. When everything was done my truck drove great! Gabe
From the point when Jack answered the phone it was a great experience. Jack was very helpful in finding the right tires for my husbands vechicle. He went above and beyond customer service. I had a coupon for an alighment to another vendor and to not inconvience me he honored the coupon. I never had to enter the store it was all done over the phone.
