From the point when Jack answered the phone it was a great experience. Jack was very helpful in finding the right tires for my husbands vechicle. He went above and beyond customer service. I had a coupon for an alighment to another vendor and to not inconvience me he honored the coupon. I never had to enter the store it was all done over the phone. Great job. They took a ride with me to figure out my steering wheel was shaking and veering to the left. After a short ride they were able to figure it our with some special machine (the only one in the East bay I heard) Then I sat in the office drank fresh coffee (they have one of those instant coffee machines), browsed the internet and wrote this review on their free WiFi internet. I might just come in here to get free internet and coffee. When everything was done my truck drove great!

I consider myself a conscientious shopper and wanted to ensure I got the best price. Which I did after much research by shopping around to all the other local tire shops. After my research I printed out everything and brought it in to the guys at Big O to negotiate the best price. Needless to say, they appreciated my research and I was able to get the same deal on line (definite savings $) plus say a few $. Thanks guys for the great service! :)

I know tires can be expensive and yet another auto related cost, but I want to share a rare experience that makes omebody like myself appreciate an employee that goes above and beyond. After spending over $500 on new tires, I noticed my high mileage VW had unusually warm air blowing through the vents. I figured it had NOTHING to do with my recent new tires or alignment, but I opted to call anyway. I had a great experience here. I blew a tire out on vacation, and came in for a replacement. The staff was VERY friendly (I worked with Matt, the other guys were nice too). The price was competitive, I ended up paying about $25 less per tire (even including that silly California sales tax) than comparable tires from Les Schwab up in Oregon a year prior. The service was fine - the store was hopping busy but I got my two new tires in about 50 minutes. I hadn't even finished my lunch down the street!
