So I needed new tires for my Tesla, and oddly when i left Big O tire I felt like i needed to take a shower. Why you ask, my sales person reminded me of a combo between an life insurance salesmen and a use car dealer. I did my research and knew what tire I wanted, I buy the tire and unbeknownst to me he adds in the $249 for replacement warranty, now he wants to sell me a alignment ($250) and mysterious they call me in the shop and say blah blah blah need more money to fix this before we can do alignment, I say piss off and r... read more
