You can't beat the location. It's walking distance to shopping and restaurants. They also have a shuttle to take you home or drop you off somewhere.

Like Others I too live in Lafayette and when I called my local Big O and asked if they had a tire in stock they said no. That was pretty much it. Then I called Big O in Walnut Creek and the customer service could not have been better. Jack was a huge help on the phone, and Kevin in the store was outstanding. Offered and gave me a ride back to my house and stated that if I needed a ride back to pick up the car, just to let him know. He was a huge help and friendly when I got back and to get my vehicle.

Great job. They to a ride with me to figure out my steering wheel was shaking and veering to the left. After a short ride they were able to figure it our with some special machine (the only one in the East bay I heard) Then I sat in the office drank fresh coffee (they have one of those instant coffee machines), browsed the internet and wrote this review on their free WiFi internet. I might just come in here to get free internet and coffee. When everything was done my truck drove great!

I love bringing my car to this place! I bring my car here for an oil change. They always tell me if I need something else done besides the oil change or if it something that can wait until the next time I come in. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They have a shuttle service so, I don't have to wait there. I am so glad I know about this place!

My wife started coming here for oil changes when they started their $199 for 6 synthetic oil changes. They have always been respectful of my "high performance" car and the techs give good recommendations. Some of their recommendations are premature or preventative maintenance, but it does give me a good warning for future service. My parents just started going here for oil changes, through my recommendation, and had a similar experience.

Great experience. I called ahead to get a quote and was greeted with a friendly person, Kevin. He was professional and told me some pricing and tire options. I had two tires put on in less than 30 minutes. Staff was friendly and professional. Kevin shook my hand when the transaction was complete. Very pleasant transaction.

I called 3 times and spoke to 2 different people about a quote for a replacement tire for my vehicle. They went above and beyond over the phone to find what was best for me.

I thought their prices were reasonable and they didn't try to sell me a bunch of extras. I had 2 tires put on, an alignment done, a new battery installed, and a transmission flush all done in about an hour. I plan to return for my oil changes. Overall great experience!

Recently need work on my wifes BMW. Turns out tires , shocks and ball bearing needed work in this 10 year old car. Work was done on time and fairly priced. Pleasant surprise and nice staff
