Much thanks to Jack and the rest of the staff at Big O Walnut Creek for staying open on Sunday afternoon to replace my flat tire. They let me take my car in at 3 pm (normal hours are until 2 pm on Sundays) and stayed open until 7 pm to finish the job. Not sure what I would have done without them, as nowhere else was open at the time.
Bought 2 tires for my accord about a month ago. everyone was professional and i was out of there in less than one hour. no complaints.
Great customer service! I ordered a new set of tires for my vehicle, they special ordered them but didn't take 3-6 business days as Costco tires does, it only took them less than 24 hours to get them!! When I arrived there (toting a two year old :) I needed a ride home but the shuttle service was out and about. So, they took us in our own car all the way home and then came back home to pick us up just when they said they would. Prices are pretty much the same as Costco but the customer service just tops it off!! ;)
The customer service is great and they do the job quickly and efficiently.
Will definitely be a repeat customer to the Walnut Creek Location.
These guys were great! I was in and out in record time. The listened to me, looked at my car and budget, and gave me tires that worked. Jack was awesome and I would recommend them to everyone.
Alex was fantastic, friendly and courteous. He took the time to explain everything in detail, and that took some time. He even made me a cup of great coffee. There was a nice ambiance in the room. I can say that it was even enjoyable. I can definately recommend this place
Had a blow out the other day and managed to limp my car over to the Big O folks on Broadway in Walnut Creek. Alex gave me the "hook up" - great deal on the replacement tire and complete blow-out protection for the future. I was in and out in 45 minutes (without and appointment - late in the afternoon). Couldn't have been more pleased with the service, the people and the fact I was back out "in the fast lane" in less time than it usually takes me to get out of my driveway in the morning.
