I went with a friend, she bought a motorbike, the staff are very helpfull and patient,,, we were there 4 hours and the staff were so so good they offered us a cuppa. Best place to buy a motorbike or scooter they do finance etc. A big thankyou to the staff for helping my friend find the perfect bike, she now has the freedom to go out
I recently went in here for the first time since being changed to bigmoto to look for a new bike for when I passed my full test. A big mention to John who was a big help showing the bikes I liked and eventually persuaded me to put down a deposit on one. And another mention to bas who helped me with the paperwork and purchase of the bike and made sure I was ready to go.
Had a problem with bike over heating after 2 half months from sale bike only done 2500 miles from new they collected it and returned it with a second hand fan As the old fan was faulty. Also had oil leak from the sump which I sorted my self. When returned I notice horn was not working easy fix they forgot to put wire back on Love this bike rides nice… Staff are very friendly and approachable def buy from here again.
I bought a GSXR 750 K5 from these guys unseen off the internet. I was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail in the pictures and the walk around video highlighting what little imperfections it had. As a mechanic, reliability is key. So knowing that an inhouse mechanic had given it a thorough once over was peace of mind.
