The Big Kahuna website advertises online ticket purchasing for this weekend that includes a season pass for next year so I purchased 8 tickets for $427 on line. Got to the park and they told me I had to purchase the season passes in a another transaction for $427 and they would refund my online purchase....very inconvenient and their supervisor was beyond rude. A waste of time and money. I will never go back to this park again. It seem as if the best rides were closed and they said it was advertised I didn't see it. In addition the water smelled like sewage and certain areas smelled like pee. All of the tubes did not have enough air it and I got stuck on the three rhino ride many times and it hurt like hell when I went over the humps. As soon as we walked in the park and walked around we asked for a refund or at least if we could use the money for the attractions outside the park. ... read more
We were so impressed! There was so much to do we decided to go back two days in a row just to get it all in! I was hesitant about going afer reading some negative reviews but our experience was amazing and it ended up being the highlight of our trip. The lines weren't long and everyone was so professional. The park was clean, we'll manicured and really pretty. My husband and I were notcing how attentive the lifeguards were, but still making it fun for our kids. We have been here in the past and LOVED the park. However, our last trip was a bit disappointing. Several of the rides were closed (which we understand happens.) But the service was another story. Our first trip to the snack bar was before lunch. We wanted to purchase 2 of the souvenir cups that, with our season pass, are free to refill. The girl working the counter informed us (again, before lunch) that they were out of souvenir cups at this location and if we wanted to purchase them we would have to go to another location.... read more
This place needs some TLC. The bathrooms were disgusting. Parts of the park look like it's falling apart. And two main attractions were closed. On a positive note the new Racer ride was fun and the line moved quickly.
Too expensive to chance if the park is fully operational. Plus some of the management staff is rude and condescending.
Overpriced on admission and food. No need to visit since there are beaches everywhere. The park itself needs to be cleaned up and better maintained.
This place was terrible our first trip to florida and my daughter was so excited to visit this water park the staff was rude alot of the rides were closed and the place is not well kept at all way over priced for what we went through at this park and called and spoke to the human resource guy and everything was put back on us highly recommend saving your money and time and go somewhere else
