We bought the season passes package where you bought 3 or 4 tickets & the next pass was free....we have a family of 7 so this was pretty good deal that 2 of our kids got free passes....we live about an hour & 1/2 from the beach.....so we just made a day of it.....we would get down there when they opened B.K. & stay til they closed & then go to the beach for a picnic....we definitely got our season pass $$ worth.....cause we went every other weekend that we could.....all the rides were open that I can remember.....never heard... read more
Growing up in Pensacola we always went to Waterville USA in Orange Beach.. THATS a water park. After moving down here and going to Big Kahuna's just didn't meet my expectations.
What a great local waterpark. Came in town on vacation and the beaches were closed due to an approaching tropical storm. Family of 8 had a great time. I'm in the amusements business and have been to a number of parks throughout the country. Is this the best, no, is this the worst, no. Overall it a nice and enjoyable family run LOCAL waterpark. My hats off to them as I know what it really cost to run these parks.
pretty good really like it a lot but when i went last time the water smelled unclean but I'm sure they could fix that other than that its a pretty good place.
BIG RIP OFF... DON'T GO!! We tried to go to BIG KAHUNA"S in 2015 & 2016 and were VERY disappointing. We come to Florida once a year on vacation! We originally went in 2015 even though the weather was a little overcast. The admission for four adults and four children was around $300 with the parking and locker, etc. We were assured that if it started raining that we could get a raincheck to come back another day. Only minutes after arrival it started raining. They susspended the park for over an hour and reopened for ten minu... read more
