As far as the slides, pools, etc it's great. The lifeguards are extremely thorough and it really puts my mind at ease and feel safe with our family being there. But some of the other staff, (front gate and concessions) need MAJOR work on their hospitality. Not welcoming, not friendly and some are just plain rude. Locals and tourists pay quite a bit of money to have a great time here, but when it's met with a foul attitude it can put a damper on the day. From Panama City and bought season passes for our family. Much better deal than our local water park and although we have to drive farther if I only use the passes twice I at least get my monies worth. We did Big Kuhunas yesterday and than dinner at a local Destin restaurant. Great day trip!

It's was a bad experience for my daughter Lifeguard was very rude.i could of kelp 60 buck for the hour we was there because the employees were very rude

The staff is the main reason for my low rating. Had the staff had at least been polite I would understand but only once when I asked a staff member a question were they polite and that person was a team lead. We spent a lot for my family of four to go plus food since you can't bring snacks in.
We've had season passes for 2 years now. Last year left a lot to be desired, we went out this weekend and you can tell that new management has made a significant difference. Their investment in the park where everything has been refurbished new toys new rides and the big rides that were closed are all now open. There's just an entirely different atmosphere and much better employee response to patrons, had a great time thanks! Food is still not great though for how much it costs.

Visiting from Indiana. We only played putt putt in the evening. The waterpark was still closed for the season. Reasonable price and have a choice of 3 courses. We did yellow and enjoyed it...2 adults and kids ages 13, 10, 7. Only complaint is we were there near closing time and they came around and started blowing out the tiki torches which took away a lot of our lighting to finish our last few holes. We would return again to play the other courses.
