It was the worst day ever & such a waste of money.... on a Holiday weekend of all things, kept being told.."we're short staffed"....ah-duh!!! Granted I live here but this was the LAST WEEKEND OPEN UNTIL NEXT YEAR! !!!!!!!! Had my 2 year old Grandson & the biggest kids pool wasn't open for once again. ..SHORT STAFFED. ..THE FOOD, (hotdogs & fries) was horrible, so over cooked you could not even bite it..DOUBT THAT I WILL EVER GO BACK
Extremely over priced paid 11 dollars for a small locker 90 dollars for 2 general admission tickets a lot of the water rides where closed it was dirty will never be coming back i will be going Waterville USA next time
We had a great time. Weather was good I wanted to jump in before y'all close down for the season see you next year
Loved this park! Had a great time friendly staff and clean rides.
We live in Panama City and we come once a year! We love Big Kahunas but I was alittle disappointed this year! First of all 41.99 is a little much we usually get discounted tickets beforehand but didn't get a chance to this year! Second of all the lockers 11.00 really that's crazy and you have to go to a kiosk which took my money so I had to hunt someone down for a refund! The third and final thing is tubes. People were walking around everywhere with them could barely find one they had them in the kiddie pool had them stacked... read more
Family friendly, great place for a hot summers day.
We paid over $200 to even step in the door for 5 people just for my kids to be cussed out by grown adults and the rudest lifeguard wannabes I have ever seen !!!! We paid $13 for a baby locker that didn't hardly hold anything !! And the we paid $50 for food that we were told we had to eat on some dirty steps because there was no where to sit even though there was four tables with towels on the chairs and not a person one was sitting in them !!! Big kahuna's slides were in excellent condition and were more fun to ride than the rest of the water parks in the area. Problem was that my family of six had to pay enough for entry to not have to pay for parking or the locker. Both of these items should be included in the ticket price. The extra 5 dollars to park and 11 dollars for a locker that barely fit our stuff really irked me. Also the lack of signage caused confusion as to where the lines started. My husband, two children and I drove 90 minutes to get the park yesterday. I thought the park and the rides looked great but there were only enough inner tubes for about half the guests. I asked another guest where to find a tube and she told me I just had to look around for one that was not in use, so we spent nearly an hour doing that. When it started raining and everyone had to get out of the water, people abandoned their tubes and we were able to get some that way.
