My friend broke her toe. Some moron stepped on her pushing kids out of the way. Thunder River moves you nowhere. THE ONLY THUNDER WAS ME YELLING AT PUSHY CHILDREN. Slides were terrible. People were terrible. Only 1 good staff member who complimented our shirts (which my friend had to take off before she went down a slide and we had to go all the way back up to get it) Somebody pooped on the stairs. You read that correctly. POOPED ON THE STAIRS. Hated it. Never going back. Place was crap. Literally.
Overpriced, dirty and out-dated! It sad that an establishment to has such a large number of guests and season ticket holders does such a poor job of maintaining it's equipment/pools. For the prices people pay in admission you'd think they would paint every now and then and update some of the slides, life jackets, and patio furniture. Sad to see something that was once so vibrant and exciting turn into a filthy over-run, overpriced tourist trap!!!

My family goes there everyweek since we got the passes my son loves it there.the only problem is the food area
Now, my friends all know that my family and I love going to Big Kahunas. But I can not give a 5-star rating because I am overly annoyed at the food situation. The biggest complain I have is that BK will not cater to food allergies like every other place in the US is now doing. They have signs saying they want everyone to enjoy their time at the park, but they can't guarantee across cross-contamination. Da da da da da... I'm lovin' it!!!
So I am updating my review 2018! We have got season passes the last 3years, my kids love it as do I, though they don’t see what needs work. My daughter is super bummed the pirate ship is gone, hoping it opens back up soon. My biggest complaint this year is yall are offering the great popcorn bucket (which we love) BUT we can only get it filled at the snack area up stairs even though there are 3 registers that are all connected!! You guys should allow us to go to any of the 3 to refill popcorn as waiting 20mins is crazy when ... read more
