Went to Big Kahuna on Father's Day with family and friends , had a blast..... My family and I will never forget this Fathers Day .... What a great park , there is something for the whole family to enjoy......
We had such a great time! We rented a cabana so we had a server to get our food and he was great!! Only issue was all the tubes ended up on the other side of the park, but no big deal! We had a great family day!

So fun for all ages!! Our group of kids aged from 15mo-8yrs and the adults had a blast too!! We rented a cabana which was a must if you have kiddos. My advice would be to reserve one the day before if possible as they run out quickly. The girl that waited on us was prompt, friendly and helpful!! Will definitely go again when we are back in Destin!!

This was the first time(today, 6-15-15) my kids and I went today. They have been so excited about going as well as I was but, when we got there, it was very over priced and not the cleanest and nicest place I've been too. Maybe some updating should be in the future ;)

The height restrictions are set by the slide manufacturers. Riding with another person is also a serious safety issue where the bigger rider could potentially injure the smaller rider by falling on them, accidentally hitting them, etc. We understand your desire to have your child ride the attractions but sometimes we just have to wait until they are big enough to do it themselves.
My son and I visited recently thinking we were going to ride the new ride, Kowabunga Racer, based on the ad in Life's a Beach and were told it's still being built. Serious false advertising! We rode all the rides we were interested in within 2 hours and left. On a positive note, we really liked the new lockers with electronic locks, no need for keys. Great improvement!
I really enjoyed this place with the Family! Lots of stairs tho lol. But Fun for the whole Family!!!!
My son and I visited the water park while on a family vacation. When at the admissions booth buying our tickets, I presented my primary credit card for payment. After the admissions clerk swiped the card several times, she told me that my card did not work. I presented her with a second credit card, which she also swiped repeatedly and then told me it did not work. I then gave her a third card, which also presented a problem. We're in the tiki bay area by the kiddie pool area and a lazy river. It looks clean and we'll maintained here, the life guards and staff are polite. Lifeguards can seem rude in every park but they are generally just maintaining safety in a busy and loud area. It is expensive but perks with season passes are great. Maybe cheaper 5 get a season pass and free passes for larger groups.
We ended up not getting to get there until 3pm, surprised to find out hey have a twilight price. Two really nice lazy rivers and several fun water slides as well and more for younger kids
