They need more floats and parking and places to sit
I've never been because I accidentally clicked the rating button so this Kahunas water park gets a free 5 stars.
Well, we had a wonderful time except for having to always hunt and or beg for tubes. Note to BK’s your tube police needs to be consistent!! Josh our server in cabana 22 did an amazing job!!
Not enough floats. Never got one to use for lazy river rides. �. They do a great job lifeguarding. Saw two people get rescued from pool at end of one slide. Evidently they go down not realizing pool is deep at end.
This is my first & last year at buying season passes unless things change! On our first visit, I had to wait about 20 minutes for a souvenir cup, which the cashier had asked the manager to go get more. He left & NEVER returned. My biggest gripe though is rhe fact that there are NOT enough tubes! There is like one tube per 25 people, if that!!! That's beyond ridiculous. If you are lucky to get a tube, you don't want to let it go. So people are hoarding them & taking them into areas that are prohibited. And also if you get one... read more
The rides are fun....the ride float situation was awful. We waited over an hour at one point trying to get a float. People have to wait so long to get one, when they finally do get one they won’t let it go. Also the restrooms were pretty gross.....need to get someone on the regular in there cleaning.
They did not have enough tubes, and we were told different reasons they did not have enough. Because of this, we could not ride the tube rides. The people that had tubes were allowed to keep them and ride over and over. Horrible. When you spend $40+ per person, you expect to ride the rides.
We rented a cabana, plus 2 tickets. Cost was $200+. This would have been ok, except we were there for 4 hours and NEVER saw an empty float. Lots of people didn’t have a float. This wouldn’t have been a big deal, except we couldn’t go down one of the slides without a float. I would suggest that if people come in the door, they get to “check out” a float and keep it for the day. We went July 3rd, and it wasn’t even super crowded.
Really enjoyed being at the park. Everybody is so nice there. The park is always cleaned and u can ride all the rides and have no problem.
