A great time was had by all! From Gran and Papi, to adult children, to the grands all the way down to 6 months of age! What a fantastic way to spend a hot day and create loving memories!

The water park and rides are great— my only complaint is that there are zero healthy options for snacks or food and they won’t let you bring in food and water. And the food they do have is greasy and yuck. We had to leave and eat in the parking lot our healthy lunch. While I realize we are a “junk food” society....even vending machines have some healthier options now. Get with the program and either let us bring in food or offer better choices. Not all of us are poor eaters.
Online buying was easy. Some of the slides were fun, but no better than any other waterpark and less than many. We found the staff at the food pavilion to be nonchalant and rude. The woman immediately in front of me was obviously chronically ill with a strong pain patch on her skeletal frame. She was there with her young teenage son. Her drink didn't taste right and she asked that it be remade. (It was an icee or something close). I apologize for the experience you had with us today. That is definitely not behavior that is condoned by management at all. I will be sure to pass this along to the Manager of the Food and Beverage department.
I was alittle disappointed. We had no where to set our belongings. We couldn’t get a tube for the lazy river until about 45 mins until closing. If people were not using the tubes, someone was guarding them. We did have a good time, but was disappointed.

Not worth the $200 for a family of four. You had to fight for a float to ride some of the rides. The majority of the life guards and staff were not nice. Left with blisters on our feet.
Just went yesterday and I’ve always loved going to Big Kahunas as a kid. Very cool place, just was very unhappy about how the workers can allow a single person to hold 6 tubes(I saw this happen too much with different people). I can’t believe how long I had to wait for a tube to float in the lazy river. I understand the busy season, due to school being out, but something needs to be done. I came from Mobile and it made the trip to Big Kahuna’s less enjoyable.
SOMEONE IN MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO READ THIS! I am not one to complain but today I am pretty heated and fed up! I am a local, have season passes and spend money at your park every weekend and there are some things that need to be addressed and fixed before the season is over and some things that need to be addressed and fixed before the start of next season.
