Overall, my family always enjoys the park! However, we recently visited 4th of July weekend and had a different experience. We encountered some VERY rude staff at the concessions (after paying over $60 on food 😫), there’s always rides that are shut down every time we’ve visited, not enough floats for the rides, lazy river was a horrible experience and not so lazy (family was separated, had to get off of float to move due to lack of water flow, lifeguards were pulling people through with their lifesaver), medical staff block... read more
I have been to the park 2x in the last month. We have only experienced the water park portion but it has been truly enjoyable! My 7 year old is tall enough for all the rides so she had me going on every single slide more than once😁 My only complaints are 1. The blue tube river ride you get stuck over and over again and it becomes more stressful instead of a relaxing, fun experience. 2. The women’s bathroom/changing area was absolutely disgusting. They need to be cleaned more frequently.
We visited the park for the first time in like 8yrs yesterday. We bought highly discounted season passes which included free parking �It's really big and fun for the whole family �but is in desperate need of updates. Some of the sides killed my back going down them. It needs some power-washing and a fresh coat of paint throughout. They also need more floats...lazy river sucked due to the lack of floats available to be lazy in it �
First time at the park with my family and it was a beautiful water park but, the only issue was the water floats. There was not enough floats to go around, there were plenty of deflated ones and staff made it a point to get after guest in the lazy river for waiting on a float by the exit of the ride. Made no sense how the park expects for you to travel all over the park with a float to get on water slides of your choice that require a tube. You should really look into correcting that issue. We do the best we can at keeping people from hoarding tubes. This summer we have had almost double the visitors daily than we had last year, we placed a double order for tubes and they were added to the rivers 2 weeks ago, but we also can't have too many tubes and then it becomes a safety issue. The issue we are having with being able to control where the tubes are going are due to the fact they are all blue now where as before the back were green and the front were blue, so it is hard to keep track of what is where, therefo... read more
Everything was great other than the tubes for the lazy river was in short supply. It’s so bad people were trying to hoard them when eating lunch! The workers did a good job telling people to not do that, but for a place that knows how many people are in the park to purposefully only put out so many tubes so that it drives people to other places in the Park is not a good way to do business. They have more tubes, but someone thinks it’s better to limit people on certain slides.
I don't mind killing my legs on y'all stairs all day or scolding my feet on the hot pavement but y'all need a better system on the innertubes. Ppl hold them all day and you don't have enough. Y'all should rent them out!!
My kiddos had a great time as well as the adults! We rented a cabana and our server, Josh was awesome! There were some truly great lifeguards (Kylie...I think...was one that was outstand) that took their job very seriously. I’ve seen complaints about food quality and cost, I thought the food was reasonably priced and not bad. Beverages were a little over priced but it is a park. This is the second year in a row that our family of 9 has purchased season passes. We go at least 5 or 6 times a year and we love it! We have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The park is always clean! The kids have a blast and there is so much to do that even after having been there soo many times, they are never bored. We always have a cabana and the servers are awesome!!! I wish we lived a little closer we would go more often! We highly recommend this place.
Okay place to visit! Not worth the money we paid! Not enough floats. But my kids enjoyed themselves.
