It was my family first time there. We had a lot of fun however it was disappointing that surf thing was down for the whole day.
If you are disabled, or have a disabled child, you should know that access is terrible. You will only be able to access about 10% of the park. The only attractions available to you are 1 of the 2 lazy rivers, and the zero entry pool. It goes without saying that in most cases, someone who is confined to a wheelchair could not go down a water slide anyway, but in our case, we could have enjoyed the other lazy river and the wave pool had we been able to get to them. Over all good atmosphere, but it was a pain finding tubes and our host never showed to escort us to our Cabana initially but service was great there after.
We had so much fun that we already got season passes for 2019!! Been there four tiles in past three weeks!

I have season passes and have for years. I also have your Unlimited drink refill cup. I live in west fort walton and today left my cup at home I was told at the front gate it was not a problem and they could give me a cup as the unlimited refill is on my card. However when i went to get it with my card that proves I have paid for unlimited drinks I was told this was not the case and I would have to pay full price for my drink.
