I did have more fun than I anticipated but the staff is not very friendly.
There needs to be more control over the tube situation for the Lazy River and such, because people were not returning the tubes and holding them at their tables in the food court. That would make it undesirable for the other guest! There needs to be a MARSHAL RULE over this situation?!
We enjoyed our stay, but we had 8 tickets, a cabana, and paid ahead for food and we only got to play for an hour and a half b4 they made everyone get out for "weather". It was lightening but we ended up staying and chilling in the cabana for about 4 hours before we called it a day. Eric was our server and did an amazing job. He was friendly and speedy!!! The fact that their is no accommodations for weather really sucked when we spent over $600 for only getting to play an hour and a half.
You’re infrastructure is horrible. I have been trying for the past 2 hours to purchase season passes. It keeps rejecting payment methods, despite everything being ok on the bank’s end, they aren’t even acknowledging an attempted translocation on your end. No one at your office picks up the phone. It’s sad to see over the past 20 years, your management remains incapable and incompetent.
Very upset , I got the season pass and when you get it your told about all the good thing that come with it . Well it true as long as you use them when they have set time . I looked and my pass says I can get friend in for discount but only a few weeks the bring a friend thing only lasted a few weeks so unless your coming all the time it not worth it . This is two time I try use the thing we get for being season pass holder and told sorry come back next next week or that on your second trip . So all the thing I thought I was... read more
I'd have to say I really enjoyed it and I'm so glad we got season passes..we will definitely be back. I recommend this place if you really want to go to a water park.

Great park very helpful staff great for all ages well worth the value food was decent and quick
Awesome go every year
It cost nearly $200 bucks for two adults and two children to enter the park. Additionally, it cost to park in a dusty limestone parking lot. The lines were long, the locker keypad worked 20% if the time and every surface was 1000 degrees, making walking in the park miserable! The slides were good, the lines were super long and the wave pool was not working! I’m not a negative person normally, but the Big Kahuna will not get another red cent from me.
