Staff is rude, we spent close to 400$ on 7 season passes and got back today and mine didn't work, lady fixed it with a attitude! I personally love the place, just think the staff brings it down! Guest services was horrible and lady was rude and ugly! I hope you better train your staff and teach them how to talk to people! You have a couple good ones but the rude ones over power them; it was a all around bad experience! Will be contacting corporate about several employees!
Was great except for the service at the bottom Cafe. They took forever. People left the line because it was taking so long just to get an order in.
Our 4 kids (2 11yo and twin 13yo), had a blast! We were there all day on friday. The lines weren't to long. There are lots of steps. The day wasn't very hot so we didn't have to ware our water shoes. There is lots of shade. The staff was very sweet. Our only complaint was getting a tube for the tube rides. I know its to control over crowding but my kids are impatient. Lol. Destin, Florida has always been Tourist Friendly, and as Pleasant a Garden Spot as you could find. 5 Stars.
My little girl loved it. It was nice and fun and food for all ages!
Dont buy season passes unless you're gauranteed to not move until after summer and can actually get your monies worth. They do not refund nor allow you to tranfer passes even when the tickets have never been activated. Definitely dissappointed that family bought us tickets here as a holiday gift. They wasted their money.
Place is nice,lots of things to do for everyone.... be prepared to spend $$$$ and put up with that long lines in the food kiosk, slow and with an attitude. Overall kids love it!
Yesterday was my first visit to Big Kahauna’s! From the ease of parking, getting our Season Passes( I wish I could remember the females name,she was from Jamaica), was so polite & very informative, to bag check, to finding chairs, to enjoying the many water slides I would say that my money has already been well spent. It was very overpriced and not worth the money. Many of the workers were rude and didn’t want to help anyone.
