RecommendedThey treat my pets well. Because of Covid my dog was anxious so someone she was familiar with came and got her from my vehicle.
Dr. Durso Keel is simply the best. She is genuinely concerned about your fur babies and you. She explains everything in terms you can understand. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs their pet seen by a Veterinarian.

I took my dog into get spayed and I never met the vet once. Everything was handled by the techs and receptionists. They were professional but I did not like that I never got to speak with an actual vet. I called a week later to ask about some swelling around my dog’s incision and again, I only spoke with a tech. She was polite and put me on hold to go ask the vet about it but I still would have liked to at least see/speak to the person that I am trusting my dog with. This was my first time using Big Country.
Even when all this going on with COVID-19 they are still trucking right along like it's a normal day. They have it down to an art. We took Dixie on Thursday and they all had smiles, as usual, and Dixie was happy to see them as well. I don't think she was ready to leave. GREAT GREAT people.
I recommend Big Country Vet for your veterinary services. All of the staff are always so nice & helpful. They always go above & beyond what I expect them to do. The vets definitely know what they are doing. Thank you Big Country Vet for taking care of my precious babies!!
Pluto is always happy at the Vets. We have seen a lot of Vet Techs and Drs. and he has been well taken care of with his new friends. Thanks for loving on my baby.

Dr. Tracy Walker and all the staff we came in contact with were always sweet and really comforting to me when he had to take his long sleep this week.
