Recommendedin December we had to put my daughters sweet cat down. The staff were super friendly and understanding of my daughters grief. They even sent her a card with her cats foot prints and all the staff wrote sweet messages on it. Recently I took my cat there to get fixed and again we were greeted with the same service. I would recommend them 100%.
I just had the most disappointing visit with this clinic. I have been taking my fur bàbies to them for the past 9 years and been very happy with their services until this past year. When Covid happened, they changed their procedures like many other companies however they took it to far. Now, I meet a tech in the parking lot, give him my dog while listing the reasons for the appointment and medical requests. They have always been so great with my animals. Today having to say goodbye to Miss Mabel (my blind cat) was so hard but they were so compassionate and respectful. You were loved baby girl❤️

Big Country Vet has seen my dog for 4.5 years now! They are always so nice, professional and compassionate about their patients. 🥰 If I call with an issue, they find the time to get Nala seen the same day! Love this place and the workers 😊
I have been taking my four footed babies to Big Country Vet for many years. I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else. They take very good care of them no matter what they need. The people are great, the place is always clean. I just love the way they care.
