RecommendedEveryone is friendly and the boarding people know me and the name of my dog.
Fantastic staff-always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Always responds to messages through their website and answer phones promptly. I've never had a problem scheduling a same day appointment, and they took great care of my pup after spaying. Vets are always interactive with my pups-they are spoiled rotten and expect nothing less during their visits! Boarding staff are great with my pups, they send me daily pics and, again, spoil my pups rotten!
When I had to make the difficult decision to put my Ser Davos to sleep after congenital kidney disease Bug Country Veterinary Clinic let me take him home for a last weekend of being spoiled. When I took him back in they were so kind and let me have the time to say goodbye and even let him stay looking out the window when they gave him the sedative. Both he and I were treated with the utmost respect and care. I couldn’t recommend them more.

The staff was wonderful with our sweet Cesar! Especially April Ritchie in the boarding area. She was super sweet and patient with Cesar. We appreciate how professional she was and gave us detailed information about his stay. We will definitely be back to board our pups with her! Thanks, April!
I liked the vet and the techs. I didn’t have to wait very long. The vet changed both meds and started a treatment plan.

The staff on doctor side are always good and friendly with me and my fur baby. I got to use the pet hotel this time and very impressed with everything. I loved the pictures I got while she was there. I can see and recommend this to everyone. I also had to leave town for a emergency and they took Cookie with no problems. Thank you
