Very courteous staff and prompt service.
Have used this vet clinic several times. Have also used a couple other clinics, as I have several pets plus I try to spay/neuter strays as I tame them. I got price gouged in a big way today, which saddens me. The office mgr gave a canned response to my complaint, and frankly, did not care at all. After all, they’ve got a business to run FIRST n foremost, second concern is the animals/customers. I have two cats now with Big Country. One is 13 and the other is 2 months. I love the cheerful attitudes from all the staff and the gentle care they give my fur children. So glad I found you!
I love this vet clinic! My Benson got bit in the face by something (still not sure what it was exactly). He developed an abscess and needed an I&D. They accommodated us immediately, same day, performed the procedure, sent him home with pain medications and antibiotics and he was good as new after a few days. I was so relieved! The grooming department is great too.Benson enjoys his baths and looks great when he’s ready for pickup!
I highly recommend Big Country Veterinary Clinic. been here several times in the past year and have been satisfied every time. Staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable.
My sweet boy was diagnosed with bone cancer when I thought he had a broken leg. Dr Arche (I think that’s how it’s spelled) was so understanding and helpful. He kept it together, sympathetic and with a great manner as I was losing it. It’s been a little over a week, and my big boy is doing well on meds. We know we will lose him, but I am so thankful for the caring staff.

My Angus has to go to ER the night prior to arriving at Big Country. I was at Big Country when the doors opened. They immediately took him back looked at ER report and started caring for my baby. They took amazing care of him Dr Durso called me frequently to keep me up dated. They could have done surgery but decided to wait and Let specialist see him first. We did. No surgery needed, modified treatment plan and my Addison baby is home doing great. The vets, techs and receptionist are all amazing! They love by babies as much ... read more
