RecommendedWe see a different tech and vet almost every time; however, everyone remembers our boys when they come in and they stop to love on them. Very understanding of behavioral issues (lots of loud barking) and very willing to answer questions. Would refer them in a heartbeat!

This animal hospital is the Best. I’ve been going to them for years. And they’ve been there for every concern and emergency. They take wonderful care of my babies. I only want to go to this vet. I was a very satisfied Big Country client until this past winter. My 18-month-old Australian Shepherd almost died in January thanks to the negligent treatment she received here. She'd been throwing up, but after that stopped, she went on a 9-day hunger strike and dropped a bunch of weight. I took my dog in for pre international travel requirements and they were super and friendly and helped get everything done. They were so great and answered all the questions we had. The vet tech was very knowledgeable about international travel requirements and went above and beyond to help us out. They also understood that my dog doesn't like to leave my side and is just better if I'm the one holding him while they give the shots and microchip. Penny has been attending puppy playcare at Big Country Veterinary Clinic for about a month now. It is amazing how the staff have worked with her to overcome Kash's passing and her anxiety. We are so thankful for the team there loving on her. Pure happiness and new best friends make for the perfect Thursday!

Dr. Durso is AMAZING. Such a kind person who genuinely loves animals. She has been a blessing with our puppy. She hears all concerns we have and addresses them all. Highly recommend her and Big Country Vet. It is obvious that Dr. Durso loves our pets almost as much as we do. 💕😊
