Our sweet pup (9yr old pittie) tore her ACL and Dr. Ueckert did an exceptional job with the surgery to repair her leg. My Basenjis hate going to the Clinic but Big Country has them used to everything now. I don’t think they mind their visits anymore.

I do not know any of these people or this business, but it looked nice, and we thought we were taking our pet to a responsible facility. We were new customers, and were given no information except that when we had a text the next day, that would give us a phone number if we needed to call to leave a message. We love Big Country Vet, however.. we adopted a cat from the animal shelter, who came with vouchers for her rabies and spay. Took her in for her rabies shot, and booked her appointment for her spay. Dropped her off Today for her spay tomorrow. Just received a call that I owe them $45 for her. $25 for her pain meds, which we opted in for. And $20 for the adjusted voucher fee.
