failed to do a correct exam on my cat. two days in a row and if he did his job right the first time by just looking in his mouth he would get have got his diagnosis right the first time. they do a better job when they know you have money.
RecommendedDr Archie is my favorite. He is kind and very knowledgeable with the animals and kind to us owners also. Could not ask for more.
I would li,like, to be able to go inside,but I understand the covid thing. They are really busy, and they are very nice and treat our cats like they were theirs. They explain everything that was done and instructed us on what to do at home. Big Country Veterinary is awesome, your pets are in caring arms!

Big Country Veterinary Clinic is absolutely wonderful!! My Tank goes twice a week for play care and I never have to worry about him! The staff takes care of him like their own and tell me all the time how much they love him!

Over the years they have cared for many of my cats. I trust them completely. I had Torti spayed this week and she is doing great. Thank you Big Country for her great care.
Everyone was very kind. The doctor explained everything well. I was able to get an appointment quickly.
I’ve never had a lot of issues with this vet clinic till recently. They were able to thankfully diagnose my Shar-Peis issues. But when it comes to getting the vet bills. I got hit up for a $400 vet bill. They do not take payment plans. You can do this thing called scratch pay but they only let you approve you for only $250. And you still have to pay $50 to get the money. I cried my eyes out and I tried to do everything I could to pay for this bill and they didn’t seem to give a shit.
