too much money for what you get
Stopped into the Valley View, Cleveland, location. Food was good; Marjorie (?) took exceptional care of our dining needs. Great job! Her enthusiasm could be transplanted into a few of the other servers. Remember the slogan, ‘Service with a Smile, always!’
Your Bay City, Mi location serves the worst food EVER! You used to be the best! Slim Jim, Classic Big Boy, COLESLAW, ONION RINGS, ALL WERE DISGUSTING. After 30 years of a place we loved, NEVER will go back! You must have changed suppliers of your original food suppliers, because they ALL sucked! & Maagement wasn't availabe to speak to! Our complaint was not the only one we heard that day! You shoukd be ashamed!
