East Tawas Big Boy on 8/3/19-went there for breakfast, didn’t get the breakfast bar because I wanted fresh cooked hash browns. When my HBs came the whole top surface was burnt. We told waitress, she brought another plate and set them down & said uncaringly “There, are these better?” I said yes because they were better than the first plate but still half of them were burnt. The Big Boy on John R in Madison Heights. Perhaps a manager would help. Is there a manager? Do they just sit in an office all day? What have you done? My husband and I loved Big Boy hamburgers. Love is not too strong a word, they used to be the absolute best. Since they left Illinois years ago we have tried Big Boy in Michigan we have tried Big Boy in Minnesota and we have now tried Big Boy in Kentucky. These are not the Big Boy burgers that created a loyal following. They are not even close to what big Bug Boy burgers should be. Myself and my family has been supporters of Big Boys for years but the way I was treated by a server named Rebecca at the South field restaurant have left me very disappointed in this company and who they hire. Usually love big boy traverse City but very disappointed with the menu item said to be spaghetti. Almost no meat in the sauce and just not a good dish. please don't call it meat sauce if you don't put almost any meat in it. Take a lesson form fazoliz or Olive garden on spaghetti. same price better quality.
