i went to Big Boy in Ludington last night...it was one if my favorite restaurants and i say was because last night was a nightmare visit. For the first time ever i had to request a change to my order...i always get the soup/salad bar and last night the soup/salad bar was disgusting...dried/empty soups..a small amount of lettuce..nasty looking toppings and overall quite dirty looking. i have always enjoyed the Big Boys , across every state east of the mississippi... because I know they will be about the same quality of people in the in the Business arena... I must say that I have seen a lot of the FRIENDS of the Waiter and Waitress handing out, and they spend more time with their friend than they do with the general public that is coming to the Restaurant... its a shame... to see the turn now towards more money and less service...
Went to Big Boy in South Haven and food and service was top notch. Onion rings, burger,triple decker turkey club, fries were all very good but chicken strips were great!!
Good food, really good service, best hamburger ever!
My boyfriend and I waited over FOURTY MINUTES to watch our waitress put our food in the microwave because it sat in the window too long. She wasn't helpful, at all. She just walked around, stared at our food and kept walking away. Her name was Bonnie and she is THE SLOWEST waitress you've ever seen. I'm not paying for food that's microwaved. The table who got sat the same time as us, ordered, ate and was already gone before we even got a bite of anything. Probably never going again.
Horrible food, horrible customer service!
I went on a lunch date with my mom & I ordered French toast with a side of hash browns. When our waitress gave us our food, my hash browns were undercooked & cold. I’m not saying they were sitting out too long cold, they were COLD. Also, they gave my mom a huge portion of hash browns & gave me about a small handful of hash browns.
