Unfortunately, we’ve been dealing with this situation for months now and the individual that actually made the claim admitted that they misread the situation and may have been too quick to post on social media. This situation was a case of poor communication, not discrimination. Our policy is to fully comply with applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations in the area of non-discrimination in employment.
Racism will not be tolerated. The people involved need to be fired ASAP!!

I really miss Big boy in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The Best restaurant ever.....
The Big Boy in Grayling Michigan has horrible service! We waited almost 10 minutes to be seated with multiple employees just standing and staring at us and a mostly empty restaurant, over an hour for our food with only 1 visit from our waiter in that time. While the food itself was good the service was so crappy that we will not be coming back to this location!

I’m so disappointed. My poor kiddo had a rough day getting tests done at children’s hospital. I took him to big boy after therapy for dinner. The waitress was rarely at the table, forgot part of our food, never brought refills, then told my kid he could pick a gift from a wagon up front. My kid excited picks out a toy and we get to the register and the cashier wants to charge me for the toy because it isn’t his birthday. Thanks for the heads up waitress. The store in Westland, MI is horrible. Took my mother after her appt and thought we would have a good meal after she's been in a rehab facility for 3 weeks. Waitress never came back to refill drinks and even walked past us a few times and never asked how our meal was. Food was less than mediocre, actually room temp to the touch. Mom said that the rehab facility food was better, and she hates that food!! Sorry Big Boy but I will never ever.
