Last month we ate at the West Branch Big Boy...great food and great service!
I order a patty matt medium well, it was served medium raw and the onions were not even cooked. Sent it back and it was not even cooked longer and they left the blood soak bread on the plate, didn't even bother to change it. this was at their newly remolded store on granger road ( 0524 ). My brother and I will never be back. totally dissatisfied with the service we received.
