First of all I used to be a manager at Big Boy in Rochester, Romeo, and Lapeer , as well as waitress for over 40 plus years. I am very picky and know what's great service. I have severe sea food allergy which makes dinning out difficult... Jenna at the Imlay City store is a real gem. We drive up there every Monday and have her wait on us. She is always smiling and very friendly as well as knows her job. She is what I wish all my servers would have been like...
Had the worst service ever at your restaurant in South Haven, Michigan this weekend. I doubt if I'll ever return. Staff is awful

I hadn't been there in yrs. Didn't have to wait long on our food, food was hot , they had to seat 20 of us

I used to love Big Boy but unfortunately due to the poor treatment and unethical confinement of their hens I can no longer support this company. Many other big name restaurants have made the change for more humane treatment, why hasn't Big Boy yet?
