The hand over of our house was disappointing, from the state the house was left in by the previous tenants it was obvious no one had inspected the house. On the plus side most of the issues were addressed within a week by the landlord.
Big Blue Lettings were quick and efficient when dealing with any problems I had in my house and any other queries. They were accommodating and friendly and I really enjoyed living in my university house for the year!!
