Burgers weren’t cooked to order. Ask for the egg to be runny. It wasn’t. The fried pickles were good. The best part of the meal. Service was poor. He didn’t give his name at greeting us at the table. Had to ask for a refill. Wasn’t that buy. Not worth the hype and definitely not the best burger in Charleston. Very greasy!
First time here. Food was good, portions were big and Tyler was awesome.
Recommendedout exploring and decided to stop for lunch. glad we did! super great food and portions. 5 spice ketchup is awesome! we will definitely be back.

He had the gator burger . I had a mushroom swiss burger with fried pickles . The service was great we have never had a bad experience here. We love it .
I’d first like to start off by saying the food at Big Billy’s is good-I have eaten there twice before. Last night we arrived at the restaurant around 5:15 to have dinner. We walked in and the four of us were sat down immediately. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all with one big group leaving right after we sat down and then another foursome sitting near us who were already eating. Had lunch for the first time at this restaurant and will not be back for several reasons. First, it took at least 10 minutes to get service. Once we did, we ordered two beers and an appetizer to start. The beers took over 5 minutes to get to the table and the bar was directly behind us. There were only a few tables in the restaurant & 3 servers, so not sure why that took so long. Then, we ordered and both of our orders came out wrong. If you want diarrhea definitely go to Big Billys! The fried pickles are overly seasoned. When I complained to the server he didn't acknowledge it! He was good at refilling drinks. The entrees were covered in grease. So yea, go to Big Billys. Your stomach will thank you!
